Nadias Hotel Cenang Langkawi (KV0013161-H) is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information such as your name, contact number, email address, and other data that are considered private and confidential. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and only with your consent. We do not share your personal data with any third party or individual outside our organization without your approval.

At our hotel, we take privacy seriously and are committed to maintaining your trust by upholding high standards of data protection. This Privacy Notice is in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and explains the types of personal data we collect, how it is used, stored, and shared under limited circumstances, as well as how you can contact us with any inquiries or requests regarding your personal data.

“Personal data” refers to information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, email, contact number, NRIC/passport details, and other information related to your stay or preferences. This includes data provided to us during hotel transactions, reservations, or when using our services such as Nadias Café or Sunset Lounge.

MAKING A RESERVATION

When booking a room or using our services, we require your details such as your name, contact information, NRIC or passport number, payment information, and preferences (room type, bed size, special requests, etc.) to process your reservation efficiently.
If the reservation or package involves third-party services (e.g., tours, transport, or partner promotions), certain personal data will be shared only to the extent necessary to fulfill the service.

You may receive special offers or promotions from the hotel. If you prefer not to receive such updates, you may unsubscribe anytime by emailing us at dpo@nadiashotel.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”.

Nadias Hotel Cenang Langkawi (KV0013161-H) komited untuk melindungi privasi dan maklumat peribadi anda seperti nama, nombor telefon, alamat emel, dan maklumat lain yang dianggap sebagai sulit. Kami hanya mengumpul maklumat yang diperlukan bagi tujuan penyediaan perkhidmatan kami dan hanya dengan kebenaran anda. Kami tidak akan berkongsi sebarang maklumat peribadi anda dengan mana-mana pihak ketiga tanpa persetujuan anda.

 

Di Nadias Hotel, kami amat menitikberatkan privasi dan berusaha mengekalkan kepercayaan anda dengan mengamalkan piawaian tinggi dalam perlindungan data peribadi. Notis ini selaras dengan keperluan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA) dan menerangkan jenis data peribadi yang kami kumpulkan, cara data digunakan, disimpan, serta dikongsi dalam keadaan tertentu. SEMASA MEMBUAT TEMPAHAN

Apabila anda membuat tempahan atau menggunakan perkhidmatan kami, kami mungkin memerlukan maklumat seperti nama, alamat, nombor telefon, emel, nombor kad pengenalan atau pasport, butiran pembayaran, dan keutamaan bilik. TUJUAN PENGGUNAAN DATA PERIBADI

Kami mengumpul dan menggunakan data peribadi anda bagi tujuan berikut:

  • Memproses tempahan, pembayaran, dan pendaftaran tetamu.
  • Menyediakan perkhidmatan yang diperibadikan dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan.
  • Menyampaikan maklumat, tawaran, dan promosi (dengan kebenaran anda).
  • Menguruskan operasi perniagaan dan hubungan pelanggan.
  • Mematuhi keperluan undang-undang dan peraturan yang berkuat kuasa.

 

PENDEDAHAN DATA PERIBADI

Data peribadi anda hanya akan didedahkan dalam keadaan tertentu seperti berikut:

  • Kepada kakitangan hotel yang diberi kuasa untuk tujuan operasi.
  • Kepada penyedia perkhidmatan pihak ketiga seperti sistem tempahan, pemproses pembayaran, atau penyedia IT.
  • Kepada pihak berkuasa kerajaan atau agensi penguatkuasaan sekiranya dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.

 

Semua pihak ketiga yang terlibat adalah tertakluk kepada syarat kerahsiaan dan pematuhan PDPA.

 

PEMPROSESAN DATA PERIBADI OLEH PIHAK KETIGA

Kami mungkin melantik pemproses data profesional pihak ketiga untuk menyimpan atau memproses data bagi pihak kami (contohnya penyedia sistem tempahan atau platform pemasaran). Semua pihak ini diwajibkan mematuhi keperluan keselamatan dan perlindungan data yang ditetapkan oleh PDPA.

 

Sekiranya anda memberikan data peribadi sensitif seperti maklumat kesihatan atau kepercayaan agama, kami hanya akan memprosesnya dengan kebenaran jelas anda dan bagi tujuan penyampaian perkhidmatan yang diminta.

 

PERLINDUNGAN DATA ANDA

Kami mengambil langkah keselamatan fizikal, teknikal dan organisasi bagi melindungi data peribadi anda daripada kehilangan, penyalahgunaan, pencerobohan, atau pendedahan tanpa kebenaran. Akses kepada data peribadi hanya dibenarkan kepada kakitangan yang diberi kuasa.

 

TEMPOH PENYIMPANAN DATA

Data peribadi anda akan disimpan hanya untuk tempoh yang diperlukan bagi memenuhi tujuan pengumpulan data atau sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang. Setelah data tidak lagi diperlukan, ia akan dimusnahkan atau dipadam secara kekal.

 

AKSES, PEMBETULAN DAN PENARIKAN BALIK PERSETUJUAN

Anda berhak untuk mengakses, mengemaskini, membetulkan, atau menarik balik persetujuan terhadap penggunaan data peribadi anda pada bila-bila masa dengan menghubungi kami.

Permintaan akses atau pembetulan akan diproses mengikut peruntukan di bawah Akta PDPA dan mungkin tertakluk kepada bayaran pemprosesan yang kecil.

Notis ini mungkin dikemas kini dari semasa ke semasa selaras dengan perubahan dasar atau keperluan undang-undang. Sebarang pindaan akan dipaparkan di laman web rasmi kami, dan versi terkini akan menggantikan versi sebelumnya.

 

NOTA:

Notis ini disediakan dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan antara kedua-dua versi, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.

2.HOTEL / BOOKING POLICY

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW PERIOD

Cancellation notice is required at least 3 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest.

PEAK PERIOD

Cancellation notice is required at least 7 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING

Booking made within 3 days prior to check in date are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

NO SHOW

In the event of No Show, a full length of total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

 

CHILDREN AND EXTRA MATTRESS POLICY

All children are welcome, All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding, All older children or adults are charged MYR 40 per night per persons for extra mattress inclusive of breakfast, maximum capacity of extra mattress in a room is 1, Maximum occupancy is 2 adults plus 1 child (below 12 years) or 2 adults plus child (below 12 years)

 

DEPOSIT POLICY

Room Reservation for Peak Period are to be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card, or a on night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the Hotel bank Account shall be advised during the Confirmation Stages.

Room Reservation for Non Peak Period are normally held until 6.00pm unless guaranteed by an accepted Credit Card, or if a one night's charges for the total; room/reserved, deposit is received and subject to discretion of the Resort
